If you suffer from dyslexia
If you suffor from dyslexia, you may have trouble reading this text. Get a friend to help you. It will be a great help to you, if your friend will read the help pages and try out WIZARDA first. He or she can then show you the most important features.

WIZARDA gives you a support that constantly changes with your present needs. This happens by reacting immediately to each attempt you make, down to each and every character you choose. If you make a wrong attempt, your support is increased. Each time you make the right attempt, your support is reduced.

This way you training challenge is adjusted, so you at all times find it suitable.

Just get going and write. Track your results at the end of each lesson. WIZARDA provides you a view of your current results. If you have registered as a user, you will also be able to track your results of your earlier training sessions.

You will see that you learn very quickly with WIZARDA. Likewise you will find that with some repetitions of each lesson, you will quickly achieve writing 100 % correct attempts.

Repeat each lesson until you are really confident writing it. The words you learn will be used in other contexts in later lessons. This will make you remember words and sentences even better.

Success
You cannot fail, since WIZARDA only allows you to write the correct characters in the words and sentences you train. Thus you will experience a long series of successes and no defeats. Furthermore, you avoid writing anything wrong that might stick in your memory and would have to be undone. You see correct results of your exercises all the time.

Reading
Reading fundamentally is the opposite of writing, as you must put sounds to the text you read. When writing, you must make text according to sounds. When you use WIZARDA, you can hear the words and sentences just as many times you need. Just click on the arrow-up button on the screen or the keyboard. Your listening to the pronunciation does not impact on your score.

Character by character and word by word you compare the text you are typing with their sounds. Soon you recognize the characteristics of the sounds and you can use them for writing and pronunciation. If you are suffer from dyslexia this is particularly valuable, as the connection between the sounds and the text is your greatest challenge.

Punctuation and special characters
You also train punctuation, accented characters and the use of uppercase and lowercase letters. This is possible, because the program works character by character. This feature is one of the main differences between this program and most other computer based language training programs on the market.
